| -- DECISION AND REASONS: ----Stipendiary Steward, Mr C Allison, alleged Mr C Laurenson, trainer of AMBER VISION did not advise the driver of the horse until 10.30am on the 12 February 2005. ----Driver notification was due at 4pm Thursday the 10 February 2005. Mr Laurenson said he did not intend to start AMBER VISION at Wyndham but it had not raced at all well at Forbury Park ? virtually taking no part, and that persuaded him to start at Wyndham. ----As Mr Laurenson admits the charge under Rule 1111(1)(d) the charge was found proven. ----Submissions on penalty were heard and as a result a fine of $50 was imposed. |
