Mr Munro commented that Mr Kyle had crossed his hands and had used the whip free of the rein on two occasions.
Mr Kyle said he realised just short of the winning post what he had done and said it was the first time for a while that the horse had a chance of running in the money and he had simply forgotten for the moment about the new Rule.
