Mr Allison demonstrated the incident using video film. EIGHT DOUBLE EIGHT (No.6) broke at the mobile start, and continued until well past the 150m post, (approx 180m). Mr Gorrie, trainer of EIGHT DOUBLE EIGHT viewed the film and agreed with the facts presented. DECISION: The Committee decided to uphold the Protest and to disqualify EIGHT DOUBLE EIGHT from 4th position, thereby promoting No.2 WYALKATCHEM, from 5th to 4th position. N Skelt Chairman
