An information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr J. Muirhead against the 4th placing of the horse number 11 Jupiter Franco on the grounds of galloping free of the interference at the 400 metre and causing checks to first Nikiesha number 3 then checking Love Under Fire number 12.
--The protest was not contested.
--Evidence was given by use of the video film and this clearly showed Jupiter Franco causing checks to both Nikiesha and Love Under Fire.
--Taking all the evidence into account and the fact that the protest was not contested I hereby disqualify Jupiter Franco from 4th place.
--The amended placing are now 7-1st, 2-2nd, 9-3rd, 8- 4th, 4-5th and 12- 6th .
