--Mr Coles stated Ms Prangley had no previous charges and had been distracted in omitting the lead bag. Assistant Stipendiary Steward Mr Robinson had identified the error at plate inspection.
--Ms Prangley stated it won’t happen again.
--Mr Coles submitted in two recent breaches of this rule a $500 fine was imposed.
