----Mr Thistoll admitted the breach and, in so endorsing the Information, elected not to be present.
----Explaining the circumstances, Mr Ching said that the required time for declarations was 4.00pm on Tuesday 4th March and Mr Thistoll had failed to declare by this time.
--When spoken to Mr Thistoll admitted the breach and, given it was his first offence of this nature, Mr Ching recommended the standard penalty for such a first breach of $50.00.
----In this case, the Committee accept the recommendations of the stipendiary stewards . Mr Thistoll has admitted a breach of failing to declare a rider by the required time and, in the absence of submissions from him regarding penalty, we find that the recommended first offence penalty of $50.00 is appropriate, and so order.
