Facts:

Following the running of Race 4, Mr Goodwin, Senior Stipendiary Steward presented an Information alleging that Licensed Jockey Reon Aukett committed a breach of Rule 638(3)(b)(ii) in that he struck his mount WORLD TOUR excessively with the whip. The film illustrated that prior to the 100m point he struck his mount 8 times.
