Mr Munro, with the use of the videos, stated MYRCELLA challenged for the lead from the parked out position from just inside the 400 metres mark. He said Mr Lee drove his horse out to the finish but was observed to strike his horse 13 times. He said his use of the whip was in excess of the allowable limit.
Mr Lee said he had lost count of the number of times he had used the whip.
