--Following race 6 an information pursuant to Rule 858(1)(c) was filed alleging that Mrs Thornton touched another person prior to weighing in.
----Mrs Thornton admitted the charge.
----Mr Oatham explained how Mrs Thornton was seen to shake hands with one of her winning owners before she had weighed in.
----Mrs Thornton in admitting the charge said that she did not want to offend her owner and asked that keeping the owners out of the weigh-in area be looked at.
----PENALTY:
--Mr Oatham asked for a fine of $200. The Committee impose a fine of $200 for the breach of Rule 858(1)(c).
