Mr Allison stipendiary steward demonstrated on the videos that FAKE WHISPERING galloped before the line and was in a gallop as it crossed the line. At this time it was lapped on to CONG CHUA RIEU. Mr Taylor, trainer of FAKE WHISPERING viewed the video and indicated he did not disagree with Mr Allison’s interpretation.

I find that FAKE WHISPERING was in a gallop as it crossed the line and at this time it was lapped on to CONG CHUA RIEU. I accordingly relegate FAKE WHISPERING to behind CONG CHUA RIEU.
