Following Race 3 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendary Steward Mr J P Oatham, that Ms C W Tremayne, rider of JACK MURPHY moved in when being ridden out in the final straight causing a sharp check to IMAPINS (L Tiley) which lost ground.
--The committee heard evidence from Mr Coles and viewed the race videos.
--The only issue is penalty.
--Taking into account the following:
--(1) Ms Tremayne's explanation
--(2) The severity of the interference to IMAPINS ridden by Mrs L Tiley
--(3) Ms Tremayne's riding record
--(4) Early plea of guilty
--We accept Mr Oatham's submission that a suspension be imposed. Taking into account all the circumstances you are suspended from the conclusion of racing on 8/2/06 up to and including the conclusion of racing on 12/2/06 (3 days).
