Following Race 10 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 876(1)) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendary Steward Mr J P Oatham that MACINALLY, ridden by D Bradley moved in for a run near the 200 meters

Following Race 10 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 876(1)) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendary Steward Mr J P Oatham that MACINALLY, ridden by D Bradley moved in for a run near the 200 meters dictating MYRIAD ( V Colgan) into the line of ANOTHER SEASON (J Collett) who was checked and lost ground.
--The committee viewed the race videos and Mr Robinson gave his interpretation of the incident which showed the inward movement of Mr Bradley causing interference to MYRIAD and ANOTHER SEASON.
--Mr Bradley gave his explanation and his interpretation of the incident. The only issue is penalty. We accept Mr Oatham's submission that a suspension be imposed.
--Taking into account the following:
--(1) Mr Bradley's plea of guilty and his co-operation.
--(2) His excellent riding record
--(3) His explanation
--(4) That two horses had suffered resultant interference.
--In the circumstances we impose a suspension from the conclusion of racing on 8/2/06 up to and including 12/2/06
