As there were no suitable riders available, Mr Ormsby was given permission to ride the horse. The connections agreed with this. Mr Ormsby said his gear became very wet and this was the sole reason for him being overweight. PENALTY SUBMISSIONS: Mr Coles submitted a fine of $150.00 would be appropriate.
