Protest Rule 870 : An information was filed instigating a protest following race Number 1. The informant was Mr J.M.Muirhead and this protest was against horse number 3 placed 4th by the judge.
--The judges placings for this race were 1st No 5, 2nd No 1, 3rd No 6, 4th No 3, 5th No 4, 6th No 8.
It was alledged by Mr.Muirhead that ANOTHERCHRISTIAN had galloped in the run home in excess of 50 meters inside the last 200 meters .Protest Rule 870 : An information was filed instigating a protest following race Number 1. Mr Muirhead showed the video of the run home and this clearly showed ANOTHERCHRISTIAN in its incorrect gait in the run home and continuing to gasllop for around 120 meters in the run home.
--Mr Muirhead stated that Mr Smith had brand new hopples on this horse, having only purchased them in the last month. They had both broken when ANOTHERCHRISTIAN galloped.

Decision and Reasons.
--As this protest was not contested by the connections of ANOTHERCHRISTIAN I order under the provisions of Rule 1003 that ANOTHERCHRISTIAN be disqualified from 4th Place in the Trust Charitable Mobile Pace .
--The amended placings shall now read, 1st No 5, 2nd No 1, 3rd No 6, 4th No 4, 5th No 8.
