Decision: -- An information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr J Muirhead against Mr E Clarke, trainer of ITSA CULLEN alleging a breach of Rule 858(a) and (b) in that he was late presenting the horse into the parade area and the horse was late on to the track prior to the start of the race - the horse went on to the track 8 minutes prior to race start.
