Following race 6 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendary Steward Mr C George, that Miss C Tetzlaff, rider of DAENG ROSE permitted that horse to shift out when not clear of CHARAAD

DECISION & REASON:
--Following race 6 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendary Steward Mr C George, that Miss C Tetzlaff, rider of DAENG ROSE permitted that horse to shift out when not clear of CHARAAD resulting in that horse being checked near the 300 metres by its rider C Ormsby.
--Miss Tetzlaff admitted the charge and all parties accepted the evidence that had been heard in the earlier protest hearing involving the same incident. Therefore penalty was the only decision to make.
--PENALTY:
--Mr O?Sullivan said that this was Miss Tetzlaff's first offence in her 13 ride career. Mr George had nothing to add.
--The committee has considered all aspects of the offence and consequently suspends Miss Tetzlaff from the conclusion of racing on 13 September till the conclusion of racing on 20 September 2006.
