Mr Goodwin read the rule and the breach was admitted by Mr Bell.

The committee confirm that outwards movement by Mr Bell’s mount MI STAROSE did take the line SKIMMIO (O Bosson) was entitled and Mr Goodwin asked for a term of suspension. Mr Bell had a previous suspension on 08/08/07.

After viewing the films and taking into account Mr Bell’s admittance of the breach,
--The committee impose a term of suspension from the close of racing 22 February 2008 until close of meeting 28 February 2008 (4 days)
