Following race 7 an information was filed pursuant to rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J P Oatham, that R Allwood the rider of KAYJAYS ROCKET committed a breach of that Rule

DECISION & REASON:
--Following race 7 an information was filed pursuant to rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J P Oatham, that R Allwood the rider of KAYJAYS ROCKET committed a breach of that Rule when he attempted to angle his mount outwards when not sufficiently clear making contact with FASAADI (A Calder) on several occasions.
----Mr Allwood, who admitted the charge, was represented by Mr J Collett.
----Mr Robinson demonstrated the video which showed Mr Allwood making continual attempts to move his horse off the rails when there was insufficient room for him to do so. Mr Calder's mount received continual buffeting.
----PENALTY:
--Mr Oatham gave Mr Allwood's record and added that he felt that a suspension was justified.
