--Following Race 10 an Information was filed pursuant to Rule 856(1), 858(a)(a) and 523(3) when it was alleged by Stipendiary Steward, Mr JP Oatham, that Mr A Calder rider of SQUADRON, failed to weigh-in for sixth placing.
--Mr Calder admitted the breach. He explained he did not hear the call to weigh-in and it was just a mistake on his part.
--Penalty:
--The committee took into account Mr Calder's guilty plea and his honesty in assessing penalty, however, Mr Calder was reminded of his obligations under this rule.
--Accordingly, a fine of $200 was imposed
