--Prior to race 4 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 867(3)(c) when it was discovered that Mr B Foote, the trainer of PROPOSITION, presented the horse at the plate inspection with work shoes on. The horse had to be late scratched. An employee of Mr Foote was told to inform Mr Foote he would be required to appear before the Judicial Committee. However, Mr Foote left the course and was spoken to on the telephone by Mr Oatham.
----Mr Foote pleaded guilty to the charge and accepted a $300 fine.
