It was alleged that Mr Williamson failed to advise the “Notifiable Approved Gear” that first starter “Deidre’s Flash” (4) would be wearing in Race 6, the NRM Sires’ Stakes Trotters Prelude.

--Mr Williamson had indicated on the information that he admitted this breach of the Rules and that he did not wish to attend the hearing. The Stipendiary Stewards recommended a fine of $50-00 in this case, and we were satisfied that this was an appropriate amount. Accordingly Mr Williamson was fined the sum of
$50-00.
