--Information No. 66997 was filed by Stipendiary Steward, Mrs K R Williams, against Licensed Public Trainer, Mr J M Howe, alleging a breach of Rule 858 (b) in that Mr Howe, as the trainer of STAR DE VIE and SCARLETT OHARA, acceptors in Race 1, Fulham Castle Mobile Pace, presented those horse late into the birdcage.
----Mr Howe had signed the Statement by the Defendant endorsed on the information form acknowledging, firstly, that he admitted the breach of the Rule and, secondly, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The charge was found proved accordingly.
----Mrs Williams recommended a fine of $50.
----Mr Howe was fined the sum of $50.
