--Following the running of Race 4, the PGG Wrightson Three-Year Old Mobile Pace, an information instigating a protest was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren alleging a breach of Rule 869(4). It was alleged that "Noble Warrior" (1) driven by Mr P. T. Court, which had finished 4th, had caused interference to "Itz Magic Under Fire" (2) and "Great Balls A Flyin" (10) which had finished 5th and 8th respectively in the race.
--Mr Court advised that he did not contest the protest, and he explained that his horse had shied at something, with the result that the interference had occurred as alleged.
--Accordingly "Noble Warrior" was relegated to 8th place.
--The amended places are as follows.
