Mr BR Jones said that he understood the Charge, Rule and confirmed that he admitted the breach.

Mr Williamson showed the film replays and said that KATIE PERRIE came out from its inside position and checked WHOSHE’S GIRL. He said that the horse MEKELLE that was racing outside WHOSHE’S GIRL did contribute by shifting in. Mr BR Jones said that he did shift out but in his opinion MEKELLE shifted in more than he had shifted out.

Submissions for Penalty:

Mr BR Jones said that he did not have any immediate engagements.

Reasons for Penalty:

The Committee placed the carelessness in the low-range category. Taking into account all matters alluded to regarding penalty it was the Committee’s determination that a suspension of 4 riding days was an appropriate penalty.
