--Mr Lupton pleaded guilty to the charge.
--Stipendiary Steward Mr Williamson demonstrated the video films which showed Mr Lupton raise his right arm approximately 1 ½ strides from the winning post.

PENALTY
--Mr Coles said this was not a bad case of a breach of this Rule but nevertheless warranted a fine of $200 - $300.
--The Committee considered all submissions and explained to Mr Lupton that although his case was a minor breach, this was a habit that, in the interests of safety, the industry is trying to stamp out. We reminded Mr Lupton of his obligations and fined him a sum of $250.
