Following race 1 an information pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) was filed when it was alleged that M Wenn breached the Rule when her mount Llandafydd moved out into the line of Fun Spoiler

DECISION & REASON:
--Following race 1 an information pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) was filed when it was alleged that M Wenn breached the Rule when her mount Llandafydd moved out into the line of Fun Spoiler (M Du Plessis) and then in turn Pedantic (K Hercock) 200m from the finish.
----Ms Wenn admitted the charge.
----Stipendiary Steward Mr A Coles demonstrated the video which clearly showed Llandafydd moving outwards into the line of fun Spoiler and Pedantic.
----As Ms Wenn had admitted the charge we have only to adjudicate on the penalty.
----Mr Oatham, in his submissions gave Ms Wenn's record which showed that she had only two previous charges in the passed 12 months.
----We suspend Ms Wenn from the conclusion of racing on 31st March until the conclusion of racing on 7 April 2007.
