Mr Finnegan had signed the information admitting the breach of the rule and also that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The breach was therefore found to be proved.

----Mr Goodwin stated he had advised Mr Finnegan he would be recommending to the Committee that a fine of $50 be imposed for the breach of the rule. As Mr Finnegan admitted the breach and offered no mitigating circumstances when signing the information he is fined the sum of $50.
