Mrs Williams submitted that with approx 1100m to run J Lethaby move BRITE WILLIAM (C McKay) from three wide to four wide ? a breach of the push out rule.

Mr Lethaby, after watching the video evidence, admitted the breach. The video evidence clearly showed the offence as described.

Taking Mr Lethaby's admission into account I accept Mrs Williams suggestion of a $200 fine.
