| -- DECISION & REASON --Mrs Williams alleged that with approx 1200 metres to run DJ Butt (LEE ROBYN) pushed EASTWOOD JAUNTY (G Shand) out wider from three wide to four wide. Video evidence was shown. Mrs Williams stated although this was an important race there were mitigating circumstances, with respect to this particular incident and was asking for a $200 fine. --Under Rule 1111 (1)(d) as Mr Butt admits the breach I find the charge proved and as we accept Mrs Williams submission find that a fine of $200 is appropriate. |
