As Mr Kerr admits the breach I find that under Rule 1111 (1)(d) the charge is proven. --Submissions as to penalty were heard, Mrs Williams asked for a $200 fine and as Mr Kerr was not present I concur with Mrs Williams and fine Mr Kerr $200. --
