| -- DECISION AND REASON ----Stipendiary Steward, Mr S Larkins, alleged that HEART BREAKER broke with just under 80 metres to race and galloped to the finish. Video evidence was shown. There is a blue marker 50 metres from the line and a white marker another 30 metres further out. The blue marker was difficult to see but the white marker was clear. It was suggested that the club repaint the blue marker yellow or white. Mr Brent Geddes was unsure of exactly where the galloping started.
