--Following the running of Race 7, Dominion Steel Recycling Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward, Mrs K R Williams, against Licensed Public Trainer, Mr R J Dunn, alleging that Mr Dunn, as the trainer of EASY ARMBRO, a runner in that Race, presented the horse without its two minute breastplate.
----The information was filed with the Registrar on race night and served on Mr Dunn at the meeting of Rangiora Harness Racing Club at Rangiora Raceway on Sunday, 19 August 2007. Mr Dunn signed the Statement of Defendant on the information form indicating, firstly, that he admitted the breach and, secondly, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The information was heard at the aforementioned meeting.
----The charge was found proved and Mr Dunn was fined the sum of $100.00.
