Williams alleging a breach of the "lapped on" rule, Rule 870(5), by Jack The Capricorn (10) driven by Mr M. P. Jones. Mr Jones had written on the information as follows ? "I do not contest the protest". Mr Jones attended the hearing and confirmed that he did not contest the protest. --Video coverage of the race was used to show that Jack The Capricorn finished in 5th place at which time it was in a break. At that time Jack The Capricorn was lapped on by the 6th, 7th and 8th horses. --Accordingly Jack The Capricorn was relegated to 8th place. The amended places are as follows. --1st ?
