Following the running of Race 4, the Racingworld Technology Pace, an information was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. G. McInyre instigating a protest against the 4th placing of "Stuart Brown" (8) driven by Junior Horseman Mr A. E. Veint.

DECISION AND REASONS:
--Following the running of Race 4, the Racingworld Technology Pace, an information was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. G. McInyre instigating a protest against the 4th placing of "Stuart Brown" (8) driven by Junior Horseman Mr A. E. Veint. Mr G. D. O?Reilly was present at the hearing to assist Mr Veint. It was alleged that Mr Veint had breached the push out rule with about 1060 metres to run when he pushed "Designer Genes" wider on the track.
--Mr McIntyre used video coverage to show this incident, after which Mr O?Reilly and Mr Veint took time to discuss the matter outside the Enquiry Room. On returning to the Enquiry Room I was informed that the protest would not be contested. Accordingly "Stuart Brown" was relegated to 8th place behind "Designer Genes".
--The amended places are as follows.
