--Following the running of Race 1 an information was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren alleging a breach of the "lapped on" rule, Rule 870(5), by SHARA BOY (6) driven by Mr G. D. Ryder. Mr Ryder had indicated on the information as follows – "I agree horse to be relegated. G. D. Ryder".
--Video coverage of the race showed that SHARA BOY finished in 4th place at which time it was in a break. At that time SHARA BOY was lapped on by the 5th horse, PATISSERIE.
--Accordingly SHARA BOY was relegated to 5th place. The amended places are as follows.
--1st – THE FAT CONTROLLER (8)
--2nd – MOTU SHEER DELIGHT (7)
--3rd – SUPA DASH (12)
--4th – PATISSERIE (3)
--5th – SHARA BOY (6)
