Following the running of Race 1, the Robbie's Bar & Bistro Trot, an information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. Ydgren against Mr R. A. Rennie, licensed trainer of Billy Moonbeam (13) and Dazzle Eyre (14), alleging a breach of Rule 858(b)

DECISION AND REASONS:
--Following the running of Race 1, the Robbie's Bar & Bistro Trot, an information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. Ydgren against Mr R. A. Rennie, licensed trainer of Billy Moonbeam (13) and Dazzle Eyre (14), alleging a breach of Rule 858(b). It was alleged that Mr Rennie failed to ensure that his horses were on the track at least 10 minutes before start time. The horses were on the track 6 minutes and 4 minutes respectively before the race.
--Mr Rennie had indicated on the Information that he admitted the breach of this rule and he confirmed this at the hearing. Mr Rennie had no excuses to make regarding this breach.
--Mr Ydgren recommended a fine of $50-00 for this breach, and Mr Rennie did not dispute this recommendation. We are satisfied that this is an appropriate fine and Mr Rennie is fined the sum of $50-00.
