| -- DECISION AND REASONS: --Following the running of Race 10, the Bell Tea ? For That Feel Alive Flavour Mobile Pace, an information was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr S. T. Larkins against Mr T. Butt, the licensed trainer of The Flyin Doctor (9), alleging a breach of Rule 865(4). It was alleged that Mr Butt had presented The Flyin Doctor without the nasal strip it had worn in it's last race. --Mr A. M. Butt (on behalf of Mr T. Butt) had indicated on the information that he admitted the breach of this rule and that he did not wish to be present at this hearing. Mr Larkins recommended a fine of $100-00 for this breach. The committee is satisfied that this is an appropriate fine and Mr Butt is fined the sum of $100-00. --
