--After a prolonged enquiry and hearing evidence from all parties, a recess for 15 minutes was requested to which I agreed.
--Upon reconvening, Mr A J Ryan, Counsel for the FRITZY BOY connections, announced that a mutual and confidential agreement had been reached between the parties and the dispute had been resolved. This meant the JCA did not have to take the matter any further and the inquiry was concluded.
