--[1] Information No. alleged as follows:
--That being an owner within the meaning of Rule 102 (1) of the New Zealand Rules of Racing, [he] did aid and/or abet Mrs Fiona Erin Hurst, of Brookfield Road, Timaru, being a Permit to

Train License [sic] holder pursuant to the provisions of Rule 306 (2) and (3) and Rule 503 (11) of the said Rules, AND THAT [he] permitted her to train from [his] property a number of horses in which [he has] or had an ownership interest, without Mrs Hurst having obtained authority of the Board of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing to also train from [his] property at 159 Levels Road, RD 4, Timaru, pursuant to the provision of Rule 503 (11), AND THAT [he] together with Mrs Hurst did commit a breach of Rule 503 (11), for which [he] may be liable to such penalty or penalties that may be imposed upon [him] pursuant to Rule 1003 of the said Rules.
