Facts:
An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr JM Muirhead against the 4th placing of Zingara [Driver JI Dickie]alleging that Zingara broke just after the start and caused interference to Romancing Bromac [Driver Z Butcher] which was placed 9th by the Judge.
Mr T Thorby as Foreman for Mr Herlihy advised this Committee that he did not contest the Protest and he endorsed the Information accordingly. Mr Thorby did not wish to be present at the Hearing.
Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident by use of the video films.
