--Mr Green appeared for the hearing and admitted the charge.
--The committee heard that Ultimate Bromac paraded on the track prior to Race 11 bearing the number 14 Saddlecloth instead of it proper number 13.
--Mr Escott asked for a fine of $200 suggesting this was potentially serious as the horse had got onto the track.
--Mr Green suggested a fine of $100 was appropriate.
--The Committee taking into account the circumstances and the guilty plea applied a fine of $200.
