Mr B Hackett was present and represented the connections of the horse and did not contest the protest.

Evidence was given by use of the video film of the race and this clearly showed On My Way going into a break approximately 950 metres from the finish and it galloped for a distance of 200 to 250 metres.

Taking all evidence into account and the fact that the protest was not contested I hereby disqualify On My Way from 2nd place.

The amended places are now 14 first, 1 second, 12 third, 13 fourth, 4 fifth, 6 sixth.
