An information lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr T. Taumanu against Mr B. Lloyd trainer of AHOLICS BOY RACER alleging a breach Rule 865(1) & (2) in that he presented the horse in the assembly area without half blinds inside the 12 day period. Mr Lloyd admitted the breach of the rule and did not wish to be present at the hearing. Mr Taumanu explained the facts of the situation as outlined in the information. Mr Taumanu said Mr Lloyd had no relevant breaches of the Rules recorded against him. He recommended the standard fine of $100.00 be imposed. The Committee accepted that submission and imposed a fine of $100.00.
