Facts:
Following the running of Race 5 the HUAPAI TAVERN MOBILE PACE an Information instigating a Protest was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr JM Muirhead against the 5th placing of DESTINATION MOON on the grounds that it broke at the 200 metres mark causing interference to WESTWIND FLYER and TAFADHALI .
Co-Trainer Mr S McMullan endorsed the Information with the words " I do not contest the Protest ".
Stipendiary Steward Mr J Oatham appeared on behalf of Mr Muirhead and demonstrated the incident by use of the Race films. The films showed DESTINATION MOON moving to the lead at the 200 metres mark and then breaking and causing interference to WESTWIND FLYER and TAFADHALI . The chances of both of those horses were affected.
