--Information No.65138 was lodged by Stipendiary Steward, Mr CJ Allison, under Rule 834(2)(a), alleging that Trainer Mr PM Ellis failed to scratch ELRAE ROCK prior to the right of re-entry time without sufficient circumstances, denying another runner a start.
--Mr Barron, who represented Mr Ellis, who did not attend the race meeting, had no excuse, and simply stated an error had been made by Mr Ellis.
--In fixing penalty, Mr Ellis had no previous breaches under this rule in the past twelve months.
--Mr Ellis was fined the sum of $200.
