| -- DECISION AND REASONS: --Stipendiary Steward, Mr P Knowles, alleged that with approximately 100 metres to run IT?S ELLA (BD McLellan) ran outwards causing interference to No.1, JUNIOR ANVIL (LJ Bond) and No.13, OK CONTACT (RM Tither). --After hearing Mr Knowles and viewing the films the Judicial Committee found that neither JUNIOR ANVIL nor OK CONTACT was inconvenienced by IT?S ELLA. Also neither JUNIOR ANVIL nor OK CONTACT appeared to be travelling well enough to have finished in a place should they have been. --The protest was therefore dismissed. |
