Following the running of Race 1, the Mountain River Processors Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren against Mr G. R. Lamb alleging a breach of Rule 864(2)(d). It was alleged that Mr Lamb had applied a removable hood to “Fun Included” (17) which could not be activated during the race.
Following the running of Race 1, the Mountain River Processors Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren against Mr G. R. Lamb alleging a breach of Rule 864(2)(d). It was alleged that Mr Lamb had applied a removable hood to “Fun Included” (17) which could not be activated during the race.

Mr Lamb had indicated on the information that he admitted this breach of the Rules and that he did not wish to attend the hearing.

Stipendiary Steward Mrs Williams said that driver Mr G. Smith had tried to activate the removable hood without success.

Mrs Williams recommended a fine of $100-00. We were satisfied that a fine of $100.00 was appropriate in this case and Mr Lamb was therefore fined this amount.
