--Mr Goodwin told the committee that it was Mr Ihaka's first charge under this rule. He felt it was of a minor nature as dividend bearing places were not affected. He also indicated that the difference in stake money was $125.00
--The committee in fining Mr Ihaka the sum of $250.00 took into account Mr Goodwin's submission on penalty.
