--The information alleges that MJ Wallis the driver of "Zine Zidane" drove carelessly when attempting to improve "Zine Zidane" inside " Vicolo Way" ( P Ferguson) resulting in her horse breaking and locking wheels.
----Miss Wallis was present at the hearing and did admit the breach.
----A film was shown of the alleged incident and clearly showed Miss Wallis trying to improve on the inside of Vicolo Way where there was not sufficient room.
----Mr Taumanu when asked, told the Chairman that Miss Wallis had a very good record and no recent charges under this rule.
----When arriving at a penalty the Chairman took into account Miss Wallis's good record and her admission of the breach, and suspended her from the conclusion of racing today until the conclusion of racing on the 13 April 07 in effect 2 days.
