--Stipendiary Steward Mr S Ching alleged that "being the contracted rider of HOBES Mr D Bothamley failed to make the contracted weight."
--Mr Bothamley admitted the charge. The charge was found proven.
--Mr J Collett replaced Mr Bothamley.
--Submissions as to penalty were heard. Mr Bothamley's previous record for this offence in the current year is - 3 May 2007 he received a warning, 6 October 2008 fined $250.
